The goal is no judgement. We are here to learn and to do our best and when we fall, we must consider the innocent parts of ourselves and encourage them to find the opportunity. When we gather up all the innocent parts of ourselves and nourish those parts with lovingkindness from ourselves, that is when the growth happens. There need not be any worry or doubt that we are experiencing exactly what we are experiencing to learn the very most about ourselves in the fastest amount of time possible, and truly every moment is a blessing and an opportunity for learning. 

The goal is no judgement. Even when we judge ourselves to the very core of our being, the goal is to recognize how when we turn that judgement inwards and it is expressed as shame, the goal is to honor that feeling of shame, not to wish it away or ignore it, but sit with it for as long as feels safe and then offer whatever love within your heart arises. Do not worry if only a tiny bit of love is felt. Any bit of love is love. And when we cannot even do that, just hold your hand over your heart or wherever the shame is felt, and honor that this is an opportunity to notice the judgement of time, of not experiencing the ‘higher’ feeling of love sooner, faster or better. 

The goal is no judgement. No judgement of others for expressing or acting out plays that we do not align with, or understand, or like. We are not the actors of others’ play, we are only the actor in our own play. We cannot step into others’ shoes, we can only imagine. And our imaginations run wild sometimes. Use our imaginations to imagine only the best possible scenario for that very person upon whom you are placing judgement. Imagine only lovingkindness surrounding them and helping them work through whatever it is that ails them and is inviting them to express the very things that irk you. 

The goal is to not have a goal at all. Simply being and understanding how we are here upon this beautiful planet to learn and to love, to grow and to change, to breathe and to laugh, to play and to run free as the sovereign creatures that we are. 

Today is a day to play, to love, to listen.
