Bread and Water

I call upon all of my spiritual team and the Ascended Masters to allow me to feel their ever-present warmth and kindness and openness and love. I feel Yeshua’s presence upon my neck and I feel the warmth glow of love emanating from the Magdalene energy as well. There is so much love to be shared and had in the Universe, it is an ever flowing cup that is always full and runs over, and we only need to remember that we are always welcome to drink out of this cup to feel and taste its sweet nectar. We are the cup, we are the vessel in which the love is created and born and filled up. We are the vessel in which we may drink from and which others may taste our sweet nectar too. There is never any need for thirst when we recognize the true nature of our being, which is to be love, to be loved and to emanate loving kindness so brightly that even our breath signifies the love that is available to all. We are this love, this one love, and it is almost impossible to ignore it or pretend that we are not any longer. The time shift has occurred and we are unable to ignore our own sacred heart that beats for one and for all. Everyone is included in this shift and everyone has the capacity to experience more and more love as each travels up her journey to realize that the heavenly gates of love have always been open and have always been here, within our hearts, not outside of ourselves or up in the sky, but here, within our vessels, within our sacred heart of hearts, within the very material of our earthly bodies is where the energy and the frequency of love resides and refreshes anew with every breath. We breathe in love and we breathe out love. That is all. We need nothing else. We are the stuff that the stars came down to see their heavenly creations become real. We are the real stuff. We are the bread of the heavenly stars after the magical yeast of creation mixed with water and salt to become the dough of our beautiful heavenly earth. We are all made of the same heavenly dough, with spices and herbs and salts to make us unique and different, but it is all the same process and the same ingredients put together in different ratios to make our loving bodies unique and special. And what do we do with bread? We share it, we eat it, we give it as gifts to the ones we love most, and we eat it ourselves to nourish ourselves and make us even more loving and strong. Be the heavenly bread that you are. Taste your own sweet nourishment and be astonished by the beautiful star being of heaven embodied in such a unique and beautiful way that makes all the Ascended Masters and Archangels smile and become more radiant just being in your presence. You are a unique earth angel of heaven here for a reason. And that reason is love.
