Reverence

In this time of great transition and major change, recognize the reverence you have for all beings. Just that. For today have reverence for all beings. Pretend that you have forgotten what a peach looks like or tastes like. Pretend that you have forgotten what it feels like to have ocean water splash upon your toes. Pretend that you have forgotten the texture of sand. Open your eyes and remember the divinity in every single form upon this earth. For that is what is happening all around us. We are forgetting the divinity that we all are, and we are forgetting the divinity that our neighbors are made of. We are forgetting that we are all made of love. When we remember to recognize this in one another, in the plants around our homes, in the inanimate objects that were once a different form and still are made of Divine Order, that is when we start to relax and forget our differences and start to talk kindly and respectfully towards one another. This can be challenging sometimes, but its easiest if we think like children sometimes, and assume the best out of every single being that we interact with. Because children are smart, they do not have years of conditioning to protect the innocent parts of their hearts from being hurt. They are innocent, in heart and mind, and they believe the best of everyone because everyone is trying their best. Some just have thicker layers of protection around themselves that protrude outwards and hurt others. Of course it is wise to leave the presence of beings who are being hurtful, but we may still send blessings to them and honor the innocent parts of their heart. We do not know how or why their protective shells have been put in place. Sometimes we believe we are the cause of these layers of hurt, but this doesn’t change the practice of sending blessings to every being that we interact with. This is a time of deep listening. We are being invited to listen to our own hearts first, and then send out blessings to all beings. Revere yourself, revere others, revere all beings, sentient and otherwise. Remember our innocence, remember our origins, remember how connected we all are. We are all Divine Loving Light. We are all Divine Loving Light. We are all Divine Loving Light. So be it.
