Heart to Heart

Embrace the notion that we are all connected. An often quoted phrase but so important in this volatile times. All of humanity is connected as One. We are one big beating heart and the more we feel this within our own hearts, the more we can offer judgment-free energy to those whom we do not share concepts, ideas or values. Our own values matter. We matter. Everyone matters. And yet so do the values of those whom we may judge. We cannot change another’s values by telling them. We can consciously offer heart-centered energy to all and together we can rise up to shed all value systems that are not of a heart-centered nature. We are in volatile times. However we choose to experience it OK so long as we can offer heart-centered energy to all. One of the most challenging actions is to offer compassion to those whom we do not see eye to eye with. It is impossible to offer loving energy from this eye to eye level. Shift your focus to your heart, and offer compassion from the heart to heart level. Still very challenging but this is your ticket to freedom. This is your way out of judgement. Offer one tiny amount of compassion to someone whom you have difficulties with and see how the butterfly effect goes into motion form this tiny act. We cannot shift consciousness through our eyes, and yet we all have the capacity to help expand and raise the consciousness of humanity through our hearts.
