Growth

Growth happens when we do not expect it. Like watching a watched pot, we don’t see the growth within ourselves or our children or friends and family when we set our intentions to ‘make them grow’.

Growth occurs in unexpected moments of freedom and ease and spaciousness.

When we are rigid, in our minds or our bodies or even our thoughts, we are not allowing expansiveness within our energy and we are limiting growth.

Instead, consider taking big, expansive breaths and letting in all that may be. Let in all the goodness of the world, all the new experiences, all the joy and all the ticklings of ‘what if’s’.

When we try to control all of our world, we put ourselves in a very tiny corner.

When we are big and release our hold on the things we think hold us down and steady, there is the capacity to be joyously surprised by our own growth.

Be big! Be spacious! Ready yourself for aha! moments when you least expect yourself to grow. Be the best Student of Life by walking and skipping around with curiosity in your step.
