The Universe wants you to get everything that your heart desires. Sometimes it’s unclear if it’s one’s heart or one’s ego that is leading though. In our contemporary world of technology and distractions, leading with one’s heart is not as simple as one might think. There is a constant bombardment of societal influences that distract one from one’s own Inner Knowing.

Your Inner Knowing is that clear deep voice within you that is present and aware of all of the energetic processes at work in the Universe. Practices to connect one with one’s Inner Voice are walks in Nature, sitting for five minutes on silent contemplation, connecting with yourself however it feels best.

When your Inner Voice becomes clearer in your heart and mind than your Ego or the other parts of you that want to lead you, but maybe not from the highest energetic place, then you can start to hear your heart and translate that into action.

You are already doing this. You just have to remember to keep checking in, tuning out distractions, and trusting the wisdom that is inside of you! You are the Universe and the Universe is you!
