Home is where your heart is, where your family is, where your friends and your community are. No matter where you sleep at night and cook your meals, your home is within your heart and that is where all of your beautiful connections are formed. The place where you live has a heart as well. Have traumatic things happened there? Think about your home like a friend who has graciously let you stay at their house. Are you respectful and courteous? Are you saying please and thank you as you make changes or bring new things into the space? Everything is energy, and all sentient and nonliving beings have energy, and some would say souls. What does the soul of your house want? Starting a conversation (however that means to you) could be a life changing event. Above all, your house is an energetic being that has offered you a place to live. Gratitude and your loving presence goes a long way.
