Music

The whole Universe is an orchestra of energy. All energy has a place, and a time to express itself. When we are in harmony within ourselves and with others is when the most beautiful music is experienced. A mother’s cooing to her child, a meaningful talk between friends, the cacophony of birds in the trees, and even the bustle of humans in our cities can be music if you appreciate how all of our energy works together as One.

There is a rhythm to our soul’s path, and once we experience that rhythm, we know we in time with soul time, with the timing of our Higher Self rather than our small self, with the Universe rather than with the human construction of time.

Take a moment today to close your eyes and pause. Listen to what is around you and let whatever is, be. The more we pause to experience and be in the present moment, the more we become aware of the music within ourselves and all around us.
