Learning

We all have our own ways of learning. Some have to experience things for themselves and fail many times before they understand something, while others learn by listening to a teacher. Some can see something and do it themselves right away while others ponder for a long time. Some are quick learners while others, slower. All are the right way to learn. There is no wrong way to learn. We can have many teachers and many experiences in learning, and being open to all experiences is how we show up as human beings. When we stop wanting to learn is when stagnation occurs.

Being present to what is presents the biggest opportunity for learning. In presence, the wind can be your teacher. In presence, the Earth can be your teacher, the birds, the rivers, the stones, your fellow humans, your breath.

Presence is your biggest teacher. Your breath is your biggest learning tool.
