Loving Consciousness

You can be the embodiment of love more fully today by noticing all of the opportunities presented to you in the material world and in the subtle realms. At all times there are ways in which love is being expressed, by the birds, by the wind, by the creatures underfoot, and by your fellow humans if you stop to take the time to notice and be present. Not easy to do! Noticing is a rather hard skill to master if one is busy or distracted. But noticing is one of the ways in which living in an embodied state as a human is a major gift. We have the experience of forgetting what love is by simply being embodied here on earth. Before this embodiment, before being stardust—only in the subtle realms, fully expressing love all the time, it was easy. Being made of love without a body is not hard to do. But if you are here, on this earth, you had the calling to express yourself as a physical being here on earth. You had the calling to experience all of the ways in which love is expressed in these not so subtle realms. You chose to be here, to experience hardship, difficulty, confusion, and all of the ways in which it is more challenging to embody love. We all have a tendency to stop noticing the opportunities presented to us that are full expressions of love. It is almost as if we come to earth to remember what love is, a remembering that we chose to forget the moment we took the calling to come to earth and be embodied. The experience of being here, being on earth, being present in our bodies as a loving being is an act of remembering. It is an act of how to notice what love is, and the many distractions we have all around us are like dust in front of our eyes in a windstorm, having us squint our eyes to see what we believe is real and what we need to trust our physical eyes to see; however it is truly our inner eyes that we need to trust, the eyes that are all knowing and fully connected to the love consciousness that we are all made of. Noticing what is in front of us while trusting that every particle is made up of love, and that each instance of our lives is an expression of love, is difficult to understand and could very well be our only purpose here on earth, which is to remember that we are all made of tiny particles of love and that we have a purpose here, which is to remind ourselves of this love consciousness and figure out how to embody love in this material realm while finding more and more opportunities to fully express this loving consciousness. Be the loving consciousness that you were meant to be. Be the embodied expression of love.
