Rainbows
Your wisdom is needed at this time. Your wisdom is your deep wide loving and expansive heart. You are all being asked at this time to become more expansive in your love, more expansive in your forgiveness, more expansive in your capacity to welcome even the most gruesome and offensive parts of yourself and your brothers and sisters into your heart to receive the most loving compassion that you can possibly give. This is not easy nor will it be easier with time. It will be challenging and it will require the utmost strength and depth of your compassionate heart to do this. It starts with yourself. Go within. What are the least loved parts of your humanness that you keep burying under the rug and refuse to let be accepted? What experiences have you had that you keep shutting the door on whenever memory brings them to light? What unforgivable acts have you hidden deep within aspects of your soul and even sent out into soul fragments, knowingly or unknowingly? One does not even need to know the information or the ‘facts’ of the cellular memory to forgive. When there is a feeling of anxiety, tightness or uncomfortableness, this is a sign from your physical body that perhaps there is some forgiveness to be welcomed into your body. When we apply this to our own bodies, we are also offering this to our brothers and sisters of humanity. When we start to apply these steps to our own hearts, we extend this to those who cannot offer this to themselves yet. When we welcome home the parts of ourselves that we do not wish to even see or hear from ever again, we are becoming the pillars of truth and understanding that others will feel and will be inspired to do the same for themselves. Only when we can do this for ourselves can we do this for others. It is a spiraling effect that starts within our own hearts. The spiral becomes bigger and bigger with more love and more compassion as we inspire all parts of ourselves to come home and be welcomed in from the dark storms of our own creation. Be the bright shining rainbow pillar of light for yourself. Feel into the dark stormy parts and honor how these have come to pass and welcome in the beautiful effects of the storm—the rainbow. Enter into the beautiful aftermath of the storm and honor yourself as the rainbow that you are. Bring home to yourself every part of your soul that has been hiding in the rain. And then, open your hand and extend this to your neighbor and see how the rainbow gets bigger and wider and more vibrant and strong. We are all in this together. We are links in the big rainbow of light that only seem dark and hidden when we do not open our hearts and our hands. Open your heart. Open your hand. Open your whole being to the colorful existence of loving light that you are. So be it.
