Love Life. Be Curious. Keep Learning.

Knowing

Embrace the humbleness that you do not know. Embrace the unknowingness. Your ability to connect with the world, with those you love, and those you have not met yet increases when you become more curious about what you do not know.

When we are curious to learn what others wish to communicate with us, we increase the threads of energy between those we connect with as we open up and expand to receive new information in a flowing stream.

When we make assumptions and predict what others will say to us because of past interactions or learned behavior from our own history, we narrow the channels of communication and our ears have difficulty processing.

Balancing what we know and what we do not know and aligning our ears, eyes, hearts and minds in our conversations is one way we can become more expansive.

Not an easy thing to do! One could spend an entire lifetime getting the balance just right.

However, the challenge is worth it. When we open up to what we do not know, we connect at levels we could not conceive of. When we listen with our hearts open, even though we might be afraid, we offer a grounded ear, a grounded heart, a grounded vessel that is willing to admit ‘I had no idea!’ and we can be delighted by new experiences and new connections.
