Appreciation
Take it all in today. Appreciate all that you have in this world, not your material possessions but your relationships, your freedom, your gifts, all of the surprises waiting for you along your path, and your ability to be fully present in this world. Finding gratitude for the smallest events in your life is a way to bring forth more gratitude in your life, in your circle of friends, in your home, in your world. Gratitude is free. Gratitude takes minimal effort. And yet gratitude is one of the most healthful exercises that one can do.
